The survey encompassed a wide range of topics, including diversity, work-life balance, employee engagement, employee mobility, and management practices. Compared to 2023, this year’s results demonstrate a continued commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to the development of our talented workforce.

This year marks URC Indonesia’s debut at the HR Asia Awards and we’ve taken home two prestigious awards.  Our mission to create a workplace where our employees feel valued and supported has been recognized with the Best Companies to Work for Award. And our dedication to “Put People First” validated by the Most Caring Companies award.
