URC Indonesia Achieves Global Recognition: Wins HR Asia 2024 Awards and Best Workplaces Indonesia & Asia 2024

Moreover, URC Indonesia has consistently received the Great Place to Work certification for three consecutive years, from 2022 to 2024. Most recently, URC Indonesia has also been recognized as Best Workplaces in Indonesia ranking #8 and Best Workplaces in Asia ranking #22 in 2024.

The survey encompassed a wide range of topics, including diversity, work-life balance, employee engagement, employee mobility, and management practices. Compared to 2023, this year’s results demonstrate a continued commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to the development of our talented workforce.
