TERMS & CONDITIONS PIATTOS CRUNCH FOR GOAL

The Jack ‘n Jill consumer promotion program “PIATTOS CRUNCH FOR GOAL” is organized by PT URC Indonesia, the trademark owner of products sold by PT URC Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Participants are required to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before participating in this promotion. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.

 

Period:

The prize redemption period runs from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 at 23:59 WIB.

Prize redemption can only be conducted through the website piattoscrunchforgoal.com, which will be active during the stated period.

 

Prizes:

In this promotion program, participants could win Exclusive Phone Holder prizes, available in four-character series: Max, Rico, Bruno, and Leo, by redeeming them through the website piattoscrunchforgoal.com in accordance with the stated mechanics and procedures.

 

Participants Requirements

 

  1. The Jack ‘n Jill Consumer Promo “Piattos Crunch for Goal” is open to all Indonesian citizens.
  2. Participants must have an active email address to create an account on the website piattoscrunchforgoal.com.
  3. The minimum age requirement is 10 years old, with no maximum age limit.
  4. Participants must have an active WhatsApp number (MANDATORY).
  5. Participants must provide a complete and accurate address upon initial account registration.
  6. Employees, affiliates, agencies, suppliers, vendors, and any parties involved in organizing this program are not eligible to participate.

 

Prize Mechanism

  1. Find a unique code inside the packaging of the following Jack ‘n Jill product:
    • Piattos Jumbo 115g (Roasted Beef, Sambal Geprek, and Seaweed variants)
  2. The unique code appears in the letters G / O / A / L inside the packaging and is randomized.
  3. Participants must create an account on piattoscrunchforgoal.com to redeem prizes.
  4. Enter the unique code found inside the packaging into the website according to the corresponding letter indicated.
  5. Participants must collect at least 1 letter G, 1 letter O, 1 letter A, and 1 letter L to redeem 1 Exclusive Phone Holder.
  6. Participants may collect multiple Exclusive Phone Holders without limitation.
  7. Participants may choose their preferred Phone Holder character/model once the letters G-O-A-L have been completed, subject to stock availability.
  8. The selected prize will be delivered to the participant’s registered address provided during account registration.
  9. Address changes are allowed only once via the profile settings, provided no prize shipment has been processed.
  10. Address changes are not permitted after the prize has been shipped.
  11. Any updates to personal data must be completed before the claim and shipment process, and must be accurate and valid.
  12. Personal data cannot be changed after the prize has been shipped.
  13. Prizes that have been selected cannot be exchanged for any reason, except at the Organizer’s discretion.
  14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

 

Other Terms

  1. The Organizer guarantees that all personal data submitted for registration will be kept confidential and will not be published or sold.
  2. Participants will be disqualified if:
    • They fail to provide complete documentation during the verification or account registration process in accordance with the promotion mechanics.
  3. Phone Holder prizes will be distributed based on stock availability as displayed on the website www.piattoscrunchforgoal.com at the time of selection.
  4. This program is free of charge. Participants should beware of fraud claiming to represent the Piattos Crunch for Goal program and requesting payment.
  5. The Organizer will conduct verification of the participant’s shipping address and delivery schedule.
  6. Shipment tracking can be accessed via the tracking number available on the website piattoscrunchforgoal.com
  7. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants who are suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions or disrupting the promotion in any way.
  8. The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete data due to technical or other reasons. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact details and address.
  9. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.
  10. All entries/materials submitted by participants become the property of the Organizer, who reserves the right to use them for its purposes without time limitation.
  11. PT URC Indonesia reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and details for communication or advertising purposes (including testimonials) across print, electronic, and digital media without providing any financial compensation.
  12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary without prior notice.
  13. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the program in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without any liability for future claims.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising between participants and the Organizer will be resolved amicably through mutual deliberation.
