Participant Requirements:

1. The Jack ‘n Jill Consumer Promo “Mega Bonus 3” program is open to all Indonesian citizens.
2. Participants must have a valid identity card/NIK (Resident Identity Number).
3. The minimum age to participate in this program is 17 years, with no maximum age limit.
4. Must have an active WhatsApp number connected to OVO (REQUIRED).
5. Must not be an Employee and Affiliate, Agency, Supplier, Vendor, or anything related to the organization of this Program.
6. Participants will be registered based on the mobile number/HP or KTP/NIK number or name registered for the first time during the period, and no changes can be made.

Prize Mechanism:

1. The Unique Code printed on the Jack ‘n Jill snack packaging contains a random prize. Winners will immediately find out the Prize they have won and can immediately redeem the Prize at the WhatsApp number listed.
2. 1 person can get unlimited prizes.
3. Coupons/Unique Codes are invalid if they are damaged, torn, cut, or the prize writing is not clearly visible/damaged.
4. Every OVO Winner must register OVO with the Winner’s WhatsApp number. If within 3×24 hours the OVO Winner’s Prize cannot be sent because the Winner’s WhatsApp Number is not registered with OVO, the prize will be forfeited.
5. Each Winner of an iPhone, PS, and Cash will be contacted by Admin personally (the Admin’s special number will be listed when the Winner successfully wins the prize) & must prepare personal data that will be requested by the Admin.
6. Any iPhone, PS, and Cash Winners who cannot submit the personal data requested by the Admin, the prize will be annulled/considered a Failed Win.
7. The Winner Verification process for iPhone, PS, and Cash is carried out a maximum of 7×24 hours from when the Winner redeems the Prize. Winners can check the Prize Status on WhatsApp Mega Bonus.
8. Prizes cannot be transferred or cashed.

Other Terms

1. The Organizer guarantees that the personal data sent for registration is confidential and not for publication or sale.
2. Winners will be disqualified if:
   1. The winner does not confirm or cannot be contacted by the organizer for prize verification.
   2. Unable to provide complete supporting documents during the verification process following the promo mechanism provisions.
   3. Unable to show and or send a photo of an identity card in the form of a KTP with the same name as stated in the data sent.
3. Specifically for cash prizes, taxes are borne by the winner, while other prizes are borne by the organizer.
4. The specifications and color of the prize items depend on availability.
5. This program is free of charge. Beware of fraud in the name of the Mega Bonus 3 program and asking for a sum of money.
6. Winners who do not take care of administration according to the regulations within 30 working days from being announced as the winner. then the winner automatically waives his right to receive the prize as the winner and releases PT URC Indonesia from all requests, demands, claims and/or lawsuits against PT URC Indonesia in any form and on any basis regarding the awarding of prizes in the future.
7. The organizer will take care of the prize tax for all winners, for this reason the winner MUST send valid data according to the KTP for the full name and Resident Identity Number (NIK). If the winner cannot provide valid data (name according to KTP and KTP/NIK number) or the data is not recorded according to the data in DITJEN DUKCAPIL KEMENDAGRI, the organizer cannot report the prize tax payment to DITJEN Pajak.
8. The organizer will verify the complete address for prize delivery and prize delivery time. When the courier will send the prize, the winner will also be confirmed in advance by telephone. The courier has the full right to ask for proof of identity of the prize recipient (KTP/Family Card) as the final verification material before giving the prize.
9. If the winner is unable to receive the prize directly, the winner must make a Power of Attorney for the prize recipient to the person appointed by the winner. So at the time of delivery of the prize, in addition to the Winner’s KTP/KK, it must also be accompanied by the KTP of the attorney.
10. If the winner/attorney cannot show the KTP/KK, the courier has the full right to refuse/cancel the giving of the prize and a prize delivery schedule will be made again, provided that the KTP/KK documents are completely available.
11. The Organizer has the right in its consideration to disqualify consumers who are suspected of acting in any way that the Organizer deems to violate the Terms and Conditions, or acting in any way that is considered to interfere with the Promotion activities by the Organizer.
12. The Organizer is not responsible for late, incomplete input due to technical or other reasons. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
13. The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
14. Every entry/material that has been sent by the Participant / Consumer becomes the property of the Organizer and the Organizer has the right to use it following the interests of the Organizer for an unlimited period of time.
15. PT URC Indonesia has the right to publish the names and information of the winners for communication or advertising purposes (including testimonials) regarding this Lottery Promo in various media, both print, electronic and digital without giving any financial contribution to the winners.
16. The Organizer has the right to change these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
17. The Organizer has the right to cancel, postpone and make any changes to this Program in the event of circumstances beyond its control or force majeure including a Pandemic. This releases the organizer in this case PT URC Indonesia, from all kinds of demands or claims in the future.
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. If in the future a dispute arises between the Program Participants and the Organizer in connection with this Program, the dispute resolution will be carried out through deliberation to reach a consensus.
19. This program has been registered with the Department of Social Affairs so that it is legal in the eyes of the law
